Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Since many of our items are handmade or sourced with care, please allow us this time to pack your order with love and detail.

Shipping Times:

  • US & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • UK & Europe: 10-14 business days (it can take up to 2 weeks to turn up around busy periods) Royal Mail strikes & delays can impact your order.

  • Rest of the world: 10–14 business days (depending on your location)
    Shipping times may vary during holidays or busy seasons.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain amount—keep an eye out for promotions!

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

We happily ship worldwide! Please note:

  • We take care of any customs fees or import duties, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

At The Cuddly Club, we hope you adore your order. But if something’s off, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • You reach out to us through the ā€œNeed help?ā€ chatbox within the return window

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked as "final sale"

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of receiving it, including photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right ASAP.

  2. We’ll provide the return address and further instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund (excluding original shipping).
